Booking Your Bike

Bookings can be made online via credit card, or through EFT.

A confirmation of booking email will be sent to triathletes upon receiving their booking. This confirmation email will also contain a booking reference number. Your booking will only be confirmed after payment has been received.

For any further information, please email us at info@thebikemigration.co.za .

Dropping Off Your Bike

Please note that we will be making use of specially designed cardboard boxes in order to transport the bikes. When dropping off your bike, we will unclip the front wheel of the bike, and then place the bike, together with the wheel, in the box. We will cover the detached wheel in bubble wrap so as to ensure that no damage is suffered by the wheel or the bike. We will also be dropping your tri bars so as to ensure that your bike is placed safely in the box. Our trained staff will mark your tri bars so as to ensure that they are in the correct position when you collect your bike in East London.

When dropping off the bike, all devices which are not permanently fastened to the bike, such as speedometers, cadence meters, heart rate monitors, water bottles, etc. can also be placed inside the box.

At The Bike Migration we realise the value and costs associated with bicycles, and we guarantee that we will take care of your bike as if it were our own.
