Booking Your Bike
Bookings can be made online via credit card, or through EFT. We need to receive EFT payments within 24 hours of when a booking was made, else we will not accept the booking.
A confirmation of booking email will be sent to the cyclists upon receiving their booking. This confirmation email will also contain a booking reference number. Your booking will only be confirmed after payment has been received.

Dropping Off Your Bike
Please note that we use specially designed cardboard boxes to pack and transport bikes. When dropping off your bike, we will unclip the wheels and bubble-wrap them, and then place the bike frame and wheels in the box. When dropping off the bike, all devices which are not permanently fastened to the bike (such as speedometers, cadence meters, heart rate monitors, water bottles, etc.) can also be placed inside the box.
