We will be transporting a large number of bikes to and from Port Elizabeth. We thus cannot make any exceptions regarding collection drop off dates and times. Dates and times are to be strictly adhered to and bikes will only be accepted and made available during these times.
Bookings can be made online via credit card, or through EFT. We need to receive EFT payments within 24 hours of when a booking was made, else we will not accept the booking.
A confirmation of booking email will be sent upon receiving the booking. This confirmation email will also contain a booking reference number. Your booking will only be confirmed after payment has been received.

Please note that we will be making use of specially designed cardboard boxes in order to transport the bikes. When dropping off your bike, we will unclip the front wheel of the bike, and then place the bike, together with the wheel, in the box. We will cover the detached wheel in bubble wrap so as to ensure no damage to the wheel or the bike.
When dropping off the bike, all devices which are not permanently fastened to the bike, such as speedometers, cadence meters, heart rate monitors, water bottles, etc. can also be placed inside the box so as to ensure that none of our cyclists lose any of their expensive equipment.
